POD MMA

POD MMA is a community-driven training center in North Charleston, South Carolina, offering Judo, BJJ, and MMA classes. The center provides a range of training opportunities and events for its members to connect and have fun.

The Head Instructor, Brad Bolen, has a strong focus on detail-oriented fundamentals and understanding of mechanics. He has been training and competing in martial arts for many years and has a wealth of experience in teaching.

The classes offered at POD MMA include Judo for kids and adults, BJJ with and without a uniform, MMA for adults, and Open Mat sessions for all ages. The Open Mat sessions are informal and do not require membership or payment to attend.
