Jackrabbit Filly's menu includes lunch, dinner, and Golden Hour options, which are available at the bar. The menus are seasonal and subject to change. The restaurant notes that it can no longer accommodate severe allergies due to potential cross-contamination during food preparation.

The restaurant has a team of staff, including a sous chef, general manager, events coordinator, beverage director, and HR representative. The founders emphasize the importance of their team and strive to create a positive work environment.
